1. Beauty from the inside out!
Drink water - it's your skin's best friend along with sunscreen
Reduce your caffeine intake - it can dehydrate your skin
Go green - make green, juices made mainly of vegetables, with a touch of fruit for flavour
Stay away from sugar - its a pro-inflammatory which can lead to signs of premature ageing and disrupts hormonal balance which can aggravate acne

2. SPF your skin - this is not rocket science - you've heard it before

3. Bare faced beauty - cut back on how much makeup you wear - give your skin a chance to breathe - instead of a foundation use a light concealer, like ReCover Correct and Conceal Red

4. R&R - Rest and Replenish - get more sleep!

5. Don't forget Essential oils - work out the best ones for you and use as part of your beauty regime - they are all completely natural, just make sure you know how to use them

6. Clean up your makeup - out with the old in with the new - throw out all the half empty makeup tubes, tubs and brushes and buy new products
