Delivery and Returns

Packaging sizes

Packaging for orders of up to 3 x 5ml Pumps will fit through a letterbox. Packaging for 2 x Discovery Pack orders will also fit through a letterbox.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery postage and packing is free.

All products are usuall dispatched by the following working day of order placement. Email confirmation of product dispatch will be sent on completion of order.  Items purchased using standard shipping will be mailed using Royal Mail First Class.

We track all deliveries through Royal Mail's First Class delivery notification service. Royal Mail notify us when delivery has been made.

Next Day Delivery

Urgent deliveries, ordered before 2.30pm on a working weekday, can also be processed using the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery Guaranteed' service for which RM guarantee delivery by 1pm the next working day. Please note that this service requires a signature at delivery restrictions apply. Please also note that this service is occasionally subject to an extra 24 hour delay between Christmas and the New Year, and during times of extraordinary stress on the Royal Mail system. Please see the Royal Mail website for special advice.

The cost of this service is £7.95 per order (incl. shipping and handling).

Conditions for UK deliveries apply to deliveries to addresses within England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands.  We can only deliver to addresses within the UK.

Express Courier Delivery

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to address any concerns.

How do I return a product to you?

Please contact our team on who would be happy to assist you further.

We cannot accept the return of any cosmetics returned to us if it has been opened. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn't received in new, unopened condition.

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we will refund your shipping costs and your return costs.

If you are cancelling your order, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us.

How do I cancel my order?

You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. You can also cancel your order at any time prior to the order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received. Please email with your name, address and order reference number.

You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please email with your name, address and order reference number.
